Is God the Mother really in the Bible?

This is the question that is being asked all over the world as people are hearing the good news about the Mother of our spirit.  You may have also wondered about this.  Well, the answer is YES!   According to the perfect words of God in the Bible, there’s the amazing evidence that God’s children not only have God the Father, but also God the Mother.

When you study the Bible you can find the beautiful story of the Heavenly Mother’s love for her children.  In order for us to clearly understand the invisible, heavenly things, God teaches us to look at the things He created on this earth.  We can learn that what we see on earth, can actually teach us about what’s in heaven!

Creation itself testifies about God the Mother

Romans 1:20 “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – his eternal power and divine nature – has been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.”

The Bible teaches that God’s invisible qualities can be clearly seen, when we take a look at creation. One thing that is invisible about God is His image, what was created in the image of God?  Humans!

Genesis 1:26 “Then God said let Us make mankind in Our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

Here God spoke in plural saying “let us make mankind in our image”.  Why would God say let “us” instead of let “me”?  When we see what was created in the image of God it all makes sense.

Genesis 1:27 “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”

The Male and the Female Image of God

What was created in the image of the creator, God?  Not only male, but also females were created in the image of God.  This is why God said “let us”. Everyone knows that the male image of God in Heaven has the title of Father, even Jesus taught this to us.

Matthew 6:9 “This, then, is how you should pray:  “our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

We call the male image of God, God the Father, so what about the female image of God?  We should most definitely call her God the Mother.  Does the Bible ever say that God’s children, the saints, have their Mother?  Absolutely!

Galatians 4:26 “But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our Mother.”

As Jesus taught that we have “our Father” in heaven, Apostle Paul taught that we have “our Mother” in heaven.  As there is the complete family system on earth, there is the complete family system in heaven.

The Bible makes it clear to us that there does exist the beautiful heavenly family!  If we have God the Mother and God the Father what does that make us?  Children.

We call God Father and Mother because we are Gods Children

2 Corinthians 6:18 “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord almighty”

So far we’ve seen many verses showing us the existence of the complete Heavenly family, Father, Mother and children. We, at the Church of God, are proud to share with everyone the amazing fact about our Heavenly Mother in the Bible. As of now, many people have only heard of God the Father, but being filled with amazement, many souls are coming to acknowledge the Spirit, our Heavenly Father, AND the Bride, our Heavenly Mother.

Revelation 22:17 “The Spirit and the Bide say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, ‘Come!’Whoever is thirsty, let them come, and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.”

The source of the water of life, God the Father and God the Mother only in the Church of God!

On this Earth, the ones giving life to the children are the mother and father. We can see the beautiful reality in the kingdom of heaven.
