City of San Diego Proclamation

The World Mission Society Church of God in Santee is awarded with the City of San Diego Proclamation by the Mayor of San Diego, Kevin Faulconer.  2015 marked the Centennial year – 100^th year- for Balboa park.  Volunteers from the Church of God assisted in many efforts throughout the year to restore the park to its original condition.  Many San Diego natives were very touched and expressed their gratitude after seeing the work completed.
